Under the bath has space that could be accessed by installing a small door in the bath panel so this would be a good place to store spare toilet rolls.
Installing a full height cupboard is a good idea so that towels and face cloths can be stored on shelving and other bathroom items can be stored below. Even a narrow cupboard gives a surprising amount of storage space.
